We provide travel advisory services, including but not limited to booking flights, transportation accommodations, tours, tickets and custom itinerary planning. Our services are intended for personal use and are not for resale or commercial use.

 

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

 

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider. To proceed with a booking, the full amount of the invoiced cost must be paid in full. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. We accept various payment methods, and by providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Price Adjustment Policy

All purchases are final at the price paid at the time of booking. If the price of the same product or service is reduced after your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or cash back for the difference. Megan's Travel Escapes does not offer price matching or retrospective discounts on bookings made prior to any promotional offers or price changes.

 

6. Custom Itineraries

Our custom itinerary planning service involves personalised travel recommendations based on your preferences. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any itinerary or travel advice. Itineraries are provided as a guide and are subject to change based on availability and unforeseen circumstances.

 

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider. It is your responsibility to review the specific cancellation and refund policies applicable to your bookings. We will assist in processing cancellations and refunds where possible but cannot guarantee any refunds beyond the policies of the service provider.

 

8. Travel Documents and Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect your travel plans. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your failure to obtain necessary travel documents or insurance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
